BIG meeting was held March 18-21 in Lyon

On March 18-21 SOCIS MR Russia took part in a regular BIG meeting which was held in Lyon. As it usually is, the meeting proved to be fully packed and very interesting.

For example, a presentation of a guest speaker Daniel Ray, a French expert in consumer satisfaction and loyalty, was accepted with enthusiasm. His report “The Link between Customer Satisfaction, Loyalty and Profit” was not only exciting but also very useful.

Besides this, five different presentations were presented at the meeting within the confines of BIG Award, an annual contest between BIG members who present the most interesting examples of research projects from their practical work. This year the award went to the company Bazis IG from Russia. Its representative, Ekaterina Perina, delivered an interactive presentation about application of qualitative projective techniques in a brand image study.
